Person-Centered Support & Approaches
We develop plans and approaches that work best for each individual. As they grow, so does the approach. This starts with team assignments. Participants are placed with compatible staff and peers who will help increase healthy social and community skills.
Community & Jobsite Experiences
Vocational skills are developed at our volunteer-based jobsites. Social skills increase as well while participants work with peers and community members. Staff supervises each shift with person-centered support and training.
Activities & Community Engagement
Activities and community outings encourage participation and socialization. Their person-centered schedules are created as a team. Having choices increases engagement, confidence, and fun!
