Christy, President, CEO
After obtaining her master's in psychology, Christy helped found Community Connect in 1987. She turned it into a full-time community day program with vocational training. Christy is proud of CC, its individuals and staff. She is grateful for her children, Erin and Ryan, who share her passion of service.

Erin, Chief Administrative Officer
Erin started in the office in high school, then a job coach and supervisor during college breaks. After gaining experience elsewhere, Erin returned to CC in her new role as CAO. Although she wears many hats, the program and the field are her passion. With the help of her brother, Ryan, along with an amazing staff, CC became the highly person-centered program it is today - and one that is constantly evolving.

Ryan, Operations Director
Ryan is our Operations Director and has been with the company for over 30 years. He started as a Program Specialist and moved his way up to Lead Supervisor, then Behavior Specialist, before earning his current position. Ryan works daily with our individuals and staff. He provides training, supervision, and direct service. As part of upper management, he is involved at the executive level as well. He thoroughly enjoys his job and those around him.

Mini, Training Manager & Program Specialist
Since 2023, Mini has demonstrated dedication to her individuals, peers, and CC. New to this field, she soaked up all training and not only quickly grew into her role but proved to be a valued asset. Mini consistently uses her innate skills to create safe, encouraging spaces for her individuals and team. She sincerely enjoys recognizing and celebrating accomplishments - big and small.

Valerie, Program Specialist
Valerie shows her care and commitment daily. She demonstrates kindness and compassion towards our individuals and peers. These qualities have earned her the hearts of several individuals s she is one of our "most requested" staff.

Diana, Field Superivsor & Program Specialist
Diana had several groups and teams when she first started. This allowed management to quickly learn her strengths. Once promoted to Field Supervisor, she did not slow down. She continues to soak up the information around her and apply it to everyone's advantage. She is already a great resource to staff and the entire program.
