Christy 

Christy helped found Community Connect and has been the Executive Director since 1987.

Ryan 

Ryan is our Operations Director and has been with the company since 1995. He began as a Program Specialist and moved his way up to Lead Supervisor, Behavior Specialist, before his current position. Ryan works directly with the clients as well as indirectly while in the office. He is responsible for many aspects of the company and enjoys his work.

Erin 

Erin has been a job coach, supervisor, and now the Chief Administrative Officer for Community Connect. She has been a part of the company for many years and has been involved in several facets of the business. She always puts staff and clients first and has a good heart for everyone!

Nia

Manager of Field Development 

Nia has shown great dedication and managerial skills along with a compassionate approach in her position. She is a great asset to the team!

Stephanie

Since joining Community Connect, Stephanie has been working with various individuals and continues to be a team player and leader. She demonstrates patience and persistence with her current client and has his best interests at heart.

Sandra 

Sandra began her tenure in 2023. She displays a very positive attitude and is kind and caring to our clients.
