Community Connect, a community-based behavior day program has been family-owned and operated since 1987.
Our program is built around each individual's unique needs, goals, interest, and abilities.. Through person-centered scheduling, we create meaningful daily experiences that promote growth, independence, and community involvement.
We focus on developing:
- Vocational skills
- Financial awareness
- Social and communication
- Safety and daily living skills
We celebrate every achievement—big or small—and encourage each individual throughout their personal journey and growth.
Our team values strong communication and collaboration, working closely with families, advocates, residential providers, and service coordinators to help support each individual’s success.
